I really enjoyed this poem! It was short and seemed very heartfelt/meaningful to you and some of it is relate-able to me and how I feel towards certain people. I'm definitely curious as to what it is about and will keep checking back to see!

ReplyDeleteI write a lot as well, but I've never really taken time to write about reflection of self when it involves another. Most of my pieces were always a type of woe is me blah blah blah thing, or you did this and I'm dealing with it type of pity party. If it isn't that, it's a lot of political stuff. This however may have given me a little nudge to branch out from my Folger's and Skoal dip-laden political fervors and explore myself more, both thoughtfully, then into my writings.
